Sour cream is delicious, but plain Greek yogurt has similar taste and texture. Greek yogurt also has a higher dose of protein and Vit B-12 than sour cream, so it’s really a no-brainer which you must choose if you want to lose weight. If you aren’t sold on Greek yogurt yet, it’s worth noting that it’s incredibly rich in probiotics too, for a healthier gut flora.
